March 2021 Fishing Line | Key Game

2021-12-14 08:03:26 By : Mr. TONY CHEN

February is a flush. Thick ice and rain make any kind of slow-speed paddle challenging. I focused on getting equipment, buying baseball cards, and started practicing yoga to relax my back and shoulders.

But, my goodness, it's March. March means we should see pecans and white bass in tidal rivers in the next few weeks.

Post your report here and ask questions.

I caught my biggest speckled trout this weekend. 19.25", unfortunately I had to grab it because it looked like it was caught by an eagle or a big raptor and then fell off because of the bad claw marks on its back. Now I just need to find this guy’s eldest brother Where would he eat my bait while still swimming.

It is easy to understand why 3rdGen swears by those winter trouts.

By the way, this is a good NEFL color mode; but stock-linked...really, stock-linked? :)

Mirrodines can be used at any time! It dries quickly in summer and slow in winter.

It's okay to replace them with some wide gap black nickel tweeter hooks. For reference only, California Richardson will live instagram on inline hooks tonight.

You can't spell DBU without Bud

Please enjoy! Our band is practicing shed tonite trying to increase our inventory...Usually one night working through new materials at night is very difficult for the ears, haha!

Hahana is good. It is always good to add some new songs. He did record them and put them on instagram so that you can watch them anytime.

You can't spell DBU without Bud

I don’t know that I’m a big fan of CA, but I watched last night’s video on this eve. His tips on collars, knots, and hooks with embedded cords were very useful... I almost posted yesterday that I had never followed He learned anything...but I did. Thank you for your reminder!

Haha, yes, these are good tips. I feel that after listening to so many things, because of fishing for so long and hearing so many things, it is more difficult to accept new things like you

You can't spell DBU without Bud

Yes, I am not a true supporter of CA, and he did not hide it because he sells products there. Therefore, you can watch many of his videos, but you can hardly learn anything. I mean, he knows a lot; but he doesn't always share a lot.

In other words, it was cool last night, because he covered my main beef with the inside line, that is, the front hook hung on the front ring. HI's suggestion is: search technology and leadership materials to reduce the lack of circulation, which is reliable. The slight bend reduces the gap, so it may cover it.

But the tip that night...maybe a year...is to create a slight offset. This is the best online replacement tip I have ever heard, and he said he has been doing this for years! This alone can solve any remote problems related to the serial connection rate. Frankly speaking, VMC should have made it in their basic in-line replacement hook... and a slightly shorter handle.

When you spend all your money on bait, it's hard to afford fishing hooks. Except for this color, all the jokes are a good color, although I still prefer Matthew to it, it is a good color. I don't know what hooks to use to replace them, and I don't want to mess up the sink rate/motion, so I usually turn on the stock hooks.

From Blacksburg to whoville, go north until you smell it, then go east until you step in

Mardi Gras rules in Virginia. It works well in many different situations. I use Mustad KVD triple grip wide gap. Others used are Owner ST-36 and Daiichi round bend.

I have skied twice and miss it so much. Fishing has recently taken a back seat in my mind, and I am trying to figure out a way to spend a lot of time back in the west next winter.

I did some flashing, but mainly for my new female client group earrings. By 2021, sales of my earrings have exceeded $3,000. My next goal is to get them into the winery. Never thought I would become a style icon, but we are gone...

Congratulations on the success of the earring. It definitely looks like an untapped market where you can kill it.

You can't spell DBU without Bud

Thanks. All women in the United States are definitely a bigger market than the fly fishing industry. I no longer sell them to fly fishing people, just women who are interested in fashion. In fact, I am avoiding the fly fishing world, which is where I create my own competition.

I really don't fish very much, but I saw your earrings last fall and thought they were great, and then I went to forget them at Christmas for my wife and daughter. I'm sorry, I will definitely buy them for their birthday (also in December) this year.

When I watched my Hokie game, my wife left home with her children...nuff said

Thank you for your compliments, no need to apologize! You wait another year for better, I continue to develop them, they become better and better. Tell me when you want some and I will give you a deal!

This rainy weather made me wait for the river to recede and return to normal. Die for the new trip this April to test what we learned last year. It's so boring, I'm repairing the old case 224 garden tractor from 1974, just to give me something to do while waiting for the warm weather.

The pain is temporary, and the glory of the chicken digging the scar is forever, let's go!

I went out for a few hours on Saturday. The trolling motor whines like a pair of fighting cats. I don't know what went wrong, so I will spend the weekend to take it apart (thought I have fixed it, but I was wrong...). Anyway, I paddled in the wind for an hour and walked 2 miles. I saw a bunch of red tails, a 20-inch snooker, and some juvie tarpon, but I couldn't let any of them bite a flying fly. Absolutely maddening...

Then the wind blew on me and started to roll the white waves in the bay, so I decided to go home and brave the wind again...drinking beer...I was very depressed because this was my first chance to go out since the new year, I might This is the only chance for the next 6 weeks or so. Keep reporting, guys, you guys keep me sane!

"Look at this... this is spectacular... these people are crazy"

The trolling motor whines like a pair of fighting cats

Just remind me of my problem. There was a problem with the trolling motor plug, which was really interesting last weekend when the boat changed from 10 power to 100 power intermittently. My paw wire was also hit somewhere, unable to gain any momentum.

Of course, all these problems and my second disc herniation in 2 months. So I will spend my fishing time in PT until I can get back on the boat.

That's real pain...you have my deepest sympathy

The first time was 24 years old, and I am 28 years old now. In my future, I see a long back problem. Try to stand in front of it as much as possible. I know that in a few years I will not be able to recover as quickly as I am now.

Building the right muscle groups works wonders; I lack discipline to do things. So, you know, do what I say...

Jesus, I am sorry to hear your back. I have only heard stories about pain and discomfort. Fortunately, I have never experienced it.

The way I encountered this problem was interesting, but I was trying to convince my wife to buy a boat (she started to bite!). Like what am I thinking? This may cause more expensive and more problems, but am I trying to persuade her to do so? ? ?

"Look at this... this is spectacular... these people are crazy"

Just lower the horsepower, maintain the most important maintenance, and keep the hull simple and light.

Waiting for the pandemic to end, the ship market will once again return to sanity.

When the pandemic is over, the ship market will once again return to sanity.

In the past year, I did not become a ship broker and I lost some serious $$. Although I don’t deal with ship buyers, my life has increased for several years.

I don't want to be the one who sells the boat to four houses... Living in four houses is hard enough.

I have almost settled on the salt marsh boat. 14 or 16 feet are TBD, but they don't need a lot of horsepower (20 and 60 max respectively). Tend to have 16 footers on the side console, but if that's not a winner, you won't be frustrated.

If we finally pull the trigger, it may be July/August anyway

"Look at this... this is spectacular... these people are crazy"

I took a closer look at them... contacted the sales representative; got the price list... before I went to buy a second-hand scout. I decided to need something more general here. If I live where you are, I might make a different decision.

For my fishing style, it looks very suitable. My friend in Flying Shop just bought a hardly used one from a sales representative in the area and told me he would take me out before I pulled the trigger. Just need to make time to travel

"Look at this... this is spectacular... these people are crazy"

Great ship. Ankona is another great manufacturer that insists on simple and simple design and keeps the price realistic.

A few days ago, I accidentally almost bought a 40-servo high tide. I still buy it accidentally. I’m kicking in this boat, and I don’t know why I can fix it.

That should be the rocket...

Yes, I don’t know anything about these ships, except that they are/are made in Georgetown, South Carolina. But a 14-foot, 402-stroke boat seemed very dangerous. Consider building a deck and beams, throwing a handrail and tiller extension on it, and letting it cross the creek. Guy only wants $700 because its motor doesn't work, but this is what I do best.

As far as I know, they are sister companies. I like Ankona, but our budget is SM haha.

I wanted a ghee for a long time, but as the two boys got older, my wife suddenly said that she wanted to go sometimes and the ghee was gone.

Then get 1656 (I will get the side console) w/a 40 or 50HP. With the right props, it should be able to do 30+ and easily handle 3 people; if you choose your location, you should be able to handle a short cruise of 4 people

It's nice to see you looking for fish. I hope to travel to Case in April. If I can overcome your way, I will let you know.

The red and green of the boating world will be a reliable YouTube channel, or you can become a boat repairman, and think about it again, unless the income is high, it will be cruel. I had to re-lay the transducer cable for a friend on an old boat. It was a week ago and there were still glass fiber shards on my arm.

From Blacksburg to whoville, go north until you smell it, then go east until you step in

Before you are fully healed, I have a sensor cable that needs to be re-run

Consider ordering gloves. You can exercise a cow's butt the next time you give birth to a calf. I have to do this to avoid the fiberglass on my arms and clothes. They are heavy, all the way to the armpits.

Own the brand "breeder sleeve" that everyone likes.

Not sure if this happens every year, but when my daughter graduated from VT in 2016, all VET school graduates exploded those gloves like balloons. It's funny.

"Learn how to repair/maintain boats and trailers in a hands-on environment"

"Look at this... this is spectacular... these people are crazy"

Going out again this weekend. Struggling a bit in the stupid river, the creek didn't have enough depth to get me back to my bay boat, where the oyster rakes are thicker and more intolerant.

To mix it up, throw some minnows on the cork, and some new morning fishing bait I picked up. It cannot be a bad lure, its curly tail and bait body. https://www.amfishingtx.com/

There was a situation where a weatherman left on Saturday. Go out early. The weather has calmed down for about 5 minutes. The predicted wind speed of 10 mph lasts for 25+ 10%. The chance of rain will soon be 100%. 54 degrees reach the maximum at 45 degrees. The rain is good and it freezes. Makes running a bit painful.

My transducer was hit. My Trolling motor wiring was completely hit. My Talon connection is overheating (fixed). It's a good day.

I really hope I can make mistakes as often as most weather people, but still get paid...

"Look at this... this is spectacular... these people are crazy"

When you need to pass a new wire through the boat, use the old wire to help guide it. Loop the two wires into a loop, and then cover them with electrical tape or tape. It should be much easier to spray with silicone lubricant to slide over the hull and through any suspension devices. This worked very well for everything I did, including connecting the new trolling motor wiring to the battery.

You will see this game, this loss and this logo on ESPN Sportscenter. Virginia Tech 31 Miami 7

This technique works 99% of the time, I know it is contradictory, but less tape is more you want to keep the loop as tight and distorted as possible. To get some good 33+ (the best first aid bandage material), you only need two or three packages. If you can someone help to feed it while you pull it will go as smooth as buttah

From Blacksburg to whoville, go north until you smell it, then go east until you step in

Hehe, I pulled every wire on my action boat and rewired it. It is a real PITA. Thankfully, I think my plug is broken, so I'm going to throw a new battery soft plug on it.

For fun, because I didn’t have enough things to do, I just bought a plan to build a 12-foot flat-bottom boat from Salt Boatworks.

I have never heard of Salt Shipyard before and I have to say I am very interested. Have you got the complete kitor just plan?

From Blacksburg to whoville, go north until you smell it, then go east until you step in

So 12 and 14 only come with plans, because you get the wood and cut it cheaper than shipping them.

I have been looking for a project for months and now even the price of the project ship is ridiculously high, so I think it will cost me 800 dollars to build, it will be fun, I want it, I can put a new one The motor at the back-maybe 4hp 1cyl, and then run 6hp carb on it, so I don't have to pay stupid SC property taxes for it.

Are timber prices in South Carolina as high as in Virginia? Due to the price of a piece of plywood a day, I am postponing a large timber project until the price of timber rebounds.

I would love to know how it turns out and how long it will last, please feel free to let us know the latest situation.

From Blacksburg to whoville, go north until you smell it, then go east until you step in

To be honest, I have not considered purchasing wood. I just got the plan yesterday. But this is not so much wood, so I don't care about the cost that much.

4 pieces – 4′ x 8′ x 3/16” Okume or Meranti marine grade plywood 50 linear feet – 1/2” x 1” Cypress or Juniper in stock 60 linear feet – 1” x 1” Cypress or Juniper in stock

LOL greatly underestimates how much this will cost. 4 sheets of 4'x8' 6mm Okume sells for US$107...Historically, the price of each sheet of paper is US$65-75

Yes, the pine pulpwood market is still very bad, so far there is no sign that demand has reached its peak. Last year, the typical OSB sheet price in Virginia tripled. The cost of hardwood plywood and other types other than pine pulpwood has only doubled or increased by 50%, but now the ordinary osb is the same as most hardwood boards here, which is really exciting.

I want to know if you got the kit with wood from the company you got the plan, if they also have to increase the wood cost?

From Blacksburg to whoville, go north until you smell it, then go east until you step in

I checked them using cnc ply and the minimum size of the plan (15') comes from the number of storeys.

The Concession Golf Championship has some good videos of large crocodiles (10-12 feet) eating fish. I have to take a screenshot. enjoy!

Return to the Bund in the second week of June. I have received a bunch of notes from you in the past few years about surf fishing and dock fishing (we will stay within walking distance of Avon Pier), and I will make good use of them. Although it is a bit late now, if I have time, I would like to book a sea fishing charter from Oregon Bay. I know that once, French published a list of ships with some experience and knowledge, but I can't seem to find that article or my notes from it. Does any of you have any suggestions or, equally important, should we stay away from any ships? I want some mahi and anything else that might bite. Although bigger is better, I want at least some movement and some grilled fish. Any information is appreciated.

Edit correction We will live near Avon Pier, not Avalon.

Pelicans are always the first choice. The Rigged Up is my best total weight of the day, but the captain and chief mate are not the friendliest pair. My new partner of Seaducer and I are friends, no one will work harder to find fish. Fintastic made us have a wonderful tuna day.

The first week of June is a transitional period. Expect the king mackerel to bite more slowly, maybe yellowfin and the occasional blue marlin

Fintastic is one of the few boats with dates that can be used with our accommodation. I booked with them all day. The comments look good, so I will keep my fingers crossed. thank you for your help.

The French know the location of this land. I have never left OI, but from my other experiences, offshore personnel always know how to adapt and let you enjoy fishing. Communicate with the captain to see what is the best option for your day. According to my understanding, you can easily board mackerel during that time, but you need to think about it. If you want to troll for a blue marlin or a few yellowfin tuna for the rest of the day, go Bottom fishing for groupers, flip flops and snappers.

On Friday morning, I entered the new Silverado brandy and then headed south to Bassett to fish for Smith. This was my first time. Trek behind the mirror factory with Mike Smith, I used to coach him on New. Gorgeous river. We saw another angler. The water is very low, in the range of 150-170. Lots of wading opportunities. I waved wet flies most of the day. Landed five or six 7-8" chocolate cakes. Had a meal on dry flies but missed him. I am so used to peeling off the red clothes. We don't have too many hatches, but there are some cadis everywhere Most of the fish in this river are not very big, but they are wild VA brown and very beautiful. I will use it to fix my trout from time to time. I bet that most beginners fly fishing Anyone can swing where there is a small black furry bug hitting them there. I'm sure there is a big fish there. Will definitely try again at some point.

On Saturday, Mike and I floated Foster Falls to 100 with his friends. We have been on the water early, but there are already several other boats floating/moving in front of us. Mike is not satisfied with this, and I am not too worried, because none of them have my flies. My goal is flying musk, Mike really wants us to get a leukoplakia. We got a particularly good stretch and I have switched back to Musk Stick. I threw a 9-inch long tan streamer, which I called Millie Fly. Millie is a Chow mongrel from my friend Danielle and has a very poor bite. However, her tail hair is great, and I have stolen a few bunches over the years. Either way, the fly looks damn epic in the water with that hair. Translucent but luminous. We were about to leave this good leukoplakia area. I made a long shot to the bank and felt the buzzing of the phone in my pocket. I put down my fishing rod and checked my phone. This is something I try not to do in the river circle, but it is very important and I need to keep in touch. My reply took about 45 seconds. I put away the phone and picked up the fishing rod. At this point, this line is directly downstream of me. Two straps and a pop! The striptease hardened and raised the pole. This huge fucking leukoplakia swims to the surface. After a brief battle with the 80-pound Musk leader, she joined the net. We measured it 29" on our hands and estimated it to weigh 10 pounds. It reminds me of a giant spotted trout. The second largest Walleye ever landed on Mike’s raft, and the largest was fishing with gear a few years ago. It was two or three inches long. He had put it on and flew at 27 inches not long ago.

From a fishing point of view, the rest of the day is safe and there is nothing to show. I spent the night in Galax with friends from Hokie and fished Cascades on Sunday. There are no bugs and no fish to show. In the late afternoon, drive around Blacksburg to relive the love and memories of college. The fraternity house is gone, but the house on Harding Avenue still exists, and the ghost of my college drinking bourbon still haunts this land.

On Friday, a fisherman drowned in the Smith River near the lower reaches of the Field River. The water there is still cold, so it must be safe. My brother has been fishing in that mirror plant area.

Wow. That is wild. The water is tail water, and the temperature remains constant throughout the year. But he drowned on Friday because the water level was their lowest level in a long time.

For the morning team, I think I will share one or two recent photos. In Texas, the fishing activity here is on fire. My favorite time of the year is to get the hook wet. When they made their bed, the big mouth was entering the shallows, and the white bass ran upstream when spawning in the spring. Just in southeastern North Oklahoma, anglers can bring their craft to the river system, hoping to catch trout. fish.

Fortunately, I was able to complete all of the above operations.

My eldest son caught our first white bass this season. We have been using 1/8 ounce jig heads and white swimming grubs. The fish is around. 3'water. So far, we have only caught males, also known as "scouts". The female will soon follow up with the eggs.

In the past few days, I took away my oldest children at sunrise, one at a time. The river has been producing.

My oldest, caught a big male fish.

My family and I ventured north to Broken Bow, okay. Simply beautiful. McCurtain County has the lowest annual survival and natural production location for rainbow trout in the United States. OK State regularly stocks these fish in the Beaver's Bend, but sometimes you may successfully land a larger percentage of the fish that have lived in the river for several seasons. I am very happy to hook this beauty with a pink cock tail (size 1) in my first actor. The water is crystal blue because the lake and its tributaries have rocky bottoms. If you can reach this amazing destination, I would highly recommend you and your road trip.

If it's not orange, it's better maroon...If it's not maroon, it's better to hurry!

When I was very young, the white bass used to ran into the Holston River in South Holston Lake, but I was too young to join. When I was old enough to fish in that environment, the white bass had basically disappeared, replaced by leukoplakia and crappie. I don't know what happened to them, but from time to time I would catch one while using a rattle to catch a hanging bigmouth. They are one of the most interesting freshwater fish, and I wish I knew there was a place to find them in Virginia.

These are great photos. This side of the screen is jealous. well done.

Thx French, appreciate the kind words. It's really interesting. These fish fight pound by pound with the best fish in freshwater. I invested in a lightweight Daiwa 5'pole and it really enhanced the experience.

I hope you can find the water source as soon as possible and wish you luck in finding these people in the nearby system.

If it's not orange, it's better maroon...If it's not maroon, it's better to hurry!

There is a lake where I like to fish in Nebraska. You will occasionally encounter a group of white bass and wipers. This is the most interesting fishing activity ever. No matter what you throw into the school you want to connect to, there are some monster wipers that usually last about 30-45 minutes, and grab them as quickly as possible.

I went to North Carolina this weekend and caught a big skunk in a new creek on Saturday. Returned in the calm wind on Sunday and hit a flat place. After two throws, I had a thick 25.5" red on the water. It must have been blown 10 times in the first two throws. I thought I would More, but only managed another mouse red for the rest of the day. Trying to rethink my strategy of aiming at fish when biting them this spring.

Seeing the forecast, Featherslinger and I will leave work on Thursday for our favorite mountain stream. He is moving and I am studying for sports, so this is a much-needed rest day. The fish cooperated. The first time he was acting, he got a beautiful 12"+ brown on a nymph. When I was still rigging on the truck, I heard him yelling. We walked downstream until we saw The other fishermen, and then we unknowingly followed a person downstream. For about half an hour. They must have jumped up in front of us. We decided to go upstream, and the results were rewarded. We all caught countless dried fish (And my favorite red straw). I have a streamer in a beautiful brown deep hole. I think I'm starting to master the tricks of streamer fishing. All in all, it's a good weather, and we can't ask for better weather.

report time. This is not the kind of shad fishing I am used to, but I was on the boat, including a plump American shad, just after lunch today. With the exception of the Americans, all the bites were on the silver Nungesser spoon trailer, which hit 1/2 ounce of yellow-green and red darts during my last throw.

Tried a warm day near York last week. It hit the AAMCO Pier on Friday before the wind started and actually caught some student liners who were slowly rolling some Zmans. Shocked me completely! They are all 15"-18", but still better than expected.

After I shared this information with an older gentleman on the ramp, he showed me a pair of photos over 20 inches that he had caught the day before. When the weather is clear, he will hit it again.

There are reports that Douglas of NETN is operating white bass. In this weather, it should be good to fish near the white pine trees, where the French Broad and Nolichaki gather. From the reports I have seen, it is mainly the smaller males now, but the larger females should follow and it is very likely that some mixtures will be mixed. The baby fly seems to work well under the float. I haven't been there in a few years, but when they are there, it's uninterrupted action. Really great fishing.

A friend also caught good crappie and leukoplakia in the river above the Cherokee. No reports of white bass have been heard, but they should be there too.

I am stuck by work and youth softball, so please someone go and have fun!

Five pecans were managed on Mattaponi yesterday. I saw more being caught, but I was not dialed in.

Yesterday, a pontoon was rented on the Matanzas River near Flagler Beach, Florida. I caught more catfish than I could count, a strange fish that I could not identify, that looked like a redeye from my hometown, and the largest cod I caught. It's more like a boat trip than anything. Saw a group of dolphins about 20 yards away swimming around us. I also saw a bald eagle and several ospreys.

After surfing for a few hours this morning, I didn't catch anything except 16-18" blues. I hope I can catch some cod or pompano, but no progress has been made so far.

Entered some cod today, more blues and a decent Pompano. Shrimp and sand fleas on the bottom rig.

Finally went out in a decent condition. Is bringing a friend so he can avoid his FIL. It was decided that the loach would be the ticket to explore this new area. Go to a place where I think there are fish because it looks good, even though I have never caught fish there. One was thrown on the cork and the other was thrown on the drill rig in Carolina, just leaning against the shore. Watching them both swim in red. Throw a z-man bastard shrimp in front of it, and when it fell into the water, he took it. A very healthy 28-inch fish put on a wonderful show and thought we would be full after catching a good fish in the first 10 minutes, but the rest of the day is not worth mentioning.

Where is the white hat? (Ha ha)

Hehe, they are just out of line. In fact, maybe 30 minutes after this photo was taken, the whole background looks very rough. All of this comes out of the water at low tide (yes, even the part inside that red tank), and many boats fall down because of the illusion of safety when they are traveling there at high tide.

On a road trip to move my daughter from Nashville to Melbourne, Florida. The move completed successfully. Wet a line in an Airbnb house for 1 hour, which is located directly on the Indus River in Ogali, Florida. Well, there is a good-sized nose under the pier in Eau Gallie FL. There is a Mirrodyne 27MR in the mouth, the color is 808. damn it! He bolted off the gill plate under the dock. I have control, bring him out. it's a pity. It was originally a sweet score. Fully demonstrate the trial of snooker fishing. I worked hard at that pier, and there were several strikes, and then the above happened. Good luck for the next trip.

Next time I buy you a good quality 30-pound flour leader, he will be yours. Their gills may be cruel, but a good leader can give you a reliable opportunity.

Put 40 pounds of flour on the 30-pound braid and still pass through it. The cut is actually 2 inches above the loop that holds the mirrodyne. There is a good connection. The fish is fast and strong, my starlight rod is at 90 degrees. Tie the rope so that the braid is not on the barnacle, that works. The fish is pulling apart, so the head of the fish is probably next to the gills. Snook gills are very sharp, I was cut into 4.

Anyone who caught Snook was cut on the bastard's gill plate. Sometimes it is inevitable, although it is always bad, but it only makes the sting harder. The only thing you can do is to strengthen the pole, but this will never work.

Medium-weight 7-foot star bar stellar lite version. Great snooker bar, the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. I have a resistance setting, so only the big fish can pull the resistance, because I know if I connect it it is my pier + fish. It's been a long time. I have fought many mangroves on the docks and mangroves. I know the odds are difficult because I have limited land and cannot go to the dock. I am so happy that I let her eat. It's very close, don't worry. I'm ready. At most 50-50 proposals, the fish won.

My SIL rented a house in North River (GreenMaison Cove across from Mobjack Marina) for the upcoming weekend. I hope some white bass can give us something to do.

Good luck, and hope you can find something to bite this little cold current that may slow it down, but maybe the bass will be very active.

I spent an hour in Mataponi tonight. The bite has already begun. Ten herrings an hour, but mostly small dollars. I only saw an American shad caught.

Saw a photo of a fly angler this week, and they aimed at them from a ship of the James. He said that many people have appeared now.

I went to downtown Richmond the other day and only saw that in the hour I threw the spoon there, everyone caught a fish on the shore and on the boat. They will definitely appear, but they are not very thick here.

It will also be blown out by the heavy rain forecasts of today and tomorrow

100% I'm going to give it a try. Maybe today I went to a few streams in the city for fun, but it rained.

When I went out, it was also spotty. We grabbed a few, but two boats came down, and every time I looked up, they were hooked

Just saw his boat on the 30th with a report of 2 fly-fishing fishermen, they caught the tide changes from early morning to afternoon. This is almost uninterrupted, more than 100 in total.

Yes, we went out a week before that, so it's fine now.

Apart from me, is there anyone who doesn’t care about herring? I think they are boring. You can all have it. I would stick my nose into the air like a UVA fan facing them.

In the ship repair news, I unveiled the cover of Pretty Fly today and found a big damn bird's nest on the console. It was not there two weeks ago. Skiff Finch has been doing some serious work, and there are two eggs in it. I put on my gloves and gently placed it on a nearby tree.

I hope to go to the Florida Keys next week to visit friends who live on their sailboat. If I can spare time to jump around in Duval's bar, I might be able to throw a fly or two at some fish.

Sounds like a relaxing weekend, what a fascinating life for the boy. Live by sailing! It sounds like a Jimmy Buffet's song.

If it's not orange, it's better maroon...If it's not maroon, it's better to hurry!

Thank you, I can assure you that my life is not all peaches and cream, although most people might think so. I am very jealous of my friends doing this round-the-world trip. They invited me to join and help sail, I hope to be able to do some piecemeal things. I will definitely play a lot of Jimmy Buffett on the boat!

Friends who live on a sailing boat

Thank you, now I need to listen to some Jimmy’s buffet, because a pirate looked at forty years old and suddenly appeared in my mind when he first read this.

All Jimmy buffets are good things, and there is nothing better than having some buffets while driving to Florida. In just over a month, I will go to the captives for a week and chase Snook and Jack again.

Are you going to that island again?

You can't spell DBU without Bud

Unfortunately, it’s not Keewaydin this time, it’s going to North Captiva Island, so it’s a bit north there, but it should be similar fishing. Keewaydin is nice because it is very remote and there are not many people there, so you have miles of beaches yourself. Captiva is second on our list, so we will try this method there, hoping that the red tide will not cause serious damage to the fishery again. Just realized that I need to start preparing equipment for this trip and start preparing leaders and so on.

For me the first guided tour of this season. Don't have problems with the boat, hit the log that runs about 30. No damage seems to have been caused. Think I hit it with a stern. Wow.

The customer caught about 30 herrings, most of them in rotation. One is 3-4 pounds of pecans. Pearl glitter is a popular color. Almost all the fish were caught within one mile of Ellet, so this should give the French some good information...

Just came home from a small holiday. We live in the carriage house of the Green Mansion property in Beihe Green Mansion Bay in Matthews County. I fished a bunch from the dock, first big mouthfuls, then bloodworms. I managed a rat puppy drum from the middle of the bay on a bloodworm. I asked my nephew to roll it up.

As the fishing struggle, a very enthusiastic 9-year-old kid quickly faded, and I called him and my brother-in-law to drive to Ailette on Easter Sunday (about an hour west). But we raised a lot of shad, and he knocked down a huge female hickory tree (within 2.5-3 pounds) alone. He got three. I got five. Before he lost interest, his father got 2 and we went back.

When he told his mother of his victory, the fire started, so we took her back yesterday morning. This time, I let them nurture and monitor him, and then I walked downstream, where there was some space. I also ran out of spoons, so I only used one dart. Well, it paid off. I finished about a dozen in about an hour. They managed about eight people.

In the evening, I visited Fish by the way and gave him some extra Gulp that I bought for this trip. It's great to be able to catch up. I had my first COVID injection in Ashland today. I will report on the situation.

He is as friendly and in good spirits as always. I think he is ready to go fishing this spring. He has a few other things to do, but it is good to catch him briefly before we go to dinner.

If the weather really cooperates, I will finally go out this year and go to a new place later this week. The thunderstorm in the forecast needs to be played well, and then go to other places. Finally, I chose Shimano Nasci 2500 for my tube and soft plastic exquisite equipment. The locals now have no one, luckily Dix has a stock.
